Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an application, or using the WorldKey website or mobile application (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Nature of the Service

WorldKey is a private membership platform offering verified members access to a curated network of premium dining, lifestyle, nightlife, and professional networking opportunities. WorldKey does not act as a booking agent, travel agent, ticket reseller, or concierge. Members place reservations and complete transactions directly with the partner venue or provider. WorldKey provides member identification, partner relationships, loyalty credits, and platform tools that facilitate that direct relationship.

3. Membership Application & Approval

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• All applications are reviewed by WorldKey staff. Approval is at our sole discretion.
• A $150 refundable activation hold is placed on your card while your application is reviewed. The hold is released if your application is declined.
• Misrepresentation on an application is grounds for denial or termination of membership.

4. Membership Fees

• The current founding membership rate is $250 per month. Standard pricing will be $450 per month after the founding period closes; existing founding members will retain their original rate so long as their membership remains in continuous good standing.
• Membership renews automatically each month using the payment method on file unless cancelled.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has been activated, except where required by law.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of platform access until resolved.

5. Loyalty Credits

• Credits are a benefit of active membership and have no cash value.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold or assigned.
• Credits issued for activity (e.g., bookings) may be voided if the underlying activity is cancelled, no-showed, or fails to meet stated requirements.
• Credits expire if a membership is cancelled or terminated.
• WorldKey may modify the credit program rules with reasonable notice to members.

6. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Treat venue partners, their staff, and other members with respect and discretion.
• Comply with each venue's house rules, dress code, and reservation policies.
• Maintain the confidentiality of member-only content, contact information, and opportunities.
• Refrain from using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial-resale purpose.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.

7. Bookings & Venue Charges

All reservations and bookings are made directly between the member and the venue. The venue's terms govern the booking, including any deposit, minimum spend, cancellation, no-show, gratuity, or service-charge policies. WorldKey is not a party to that transaction and does not collect or process payments owed to the venue.

8. Cancellation by Member

• You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@worldkey.club.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
• Already-paid membership fees are not pro-rated or refunded.

9. Suspension & Termination by WorldKey

WorldKey may suspend or terminate any membership, with or without notice, for:

• Material breach of these Terms;
• Conduct that harms a venue partner, another member, or WorldKey's reputation;
• Fraud, chargebacks, or non-payment;
• Any unlawful activity in connection with the Services.

Upon termination, all credits, benefits, and access are forfeited. Outstanding amounts owed to WorldKey or any partner remain due.

10. Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive transactional and account-related communications from WorldKey. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Phone verification by SMS is required to access the Services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WorldKey does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific reservation or experience will be available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldKey's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount paid by the member to WorldKey in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. WorldKey is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

13. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

14. Changes to These Terms

WorldKey may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.
